• Phone numbers of callers who reach a business using our service
• Phone numbers and business names of our business clients
• Inbound and outbound SMS message content relayed through our system
• Call timestamps and missed call records

How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to deliver the missed call notification and SMS relay service:

• To send automated SMS notifications to callers on behalf of the business they called
• To relay SMS conversations between callers and business owners
• To provide business clients with a log of their missed calls

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Data is shared only with SignalWire, Inc., our SMS and telephony infrastructure provider, solely for the purpose of delivering communications.

Marketing

We do not use collected phone numbers or message content for any marketing purposes. Messages sent through our service are strictly operational notifications initiated by the business you contacted.

Data Retention

Call and message logs are retained for as long as the associated business account remains active, and may be deleted upon account cancellation.
